Select Roles from the left menu and you will see all users with roles you have set and what those roles are. You can manage roles on a channel you run from the Settings menu on your channel dashboard. They can still be banned or given timeouts but aren’t affected by slow chat or follower-only chat restrictions. They get a VIP badge and are set outside chat limitations set by moderators. The VIP is an audience member who has subbed or otherwise proven themselves useful. Their permissions are minimal and are oriented towards audience management than channel management.
